A month after its inauguration, the skin bank at Civil Hospital in the city received its first skin donation from a deceased donor on Tuesday. The family of Rajubhai Parmar, a 52-year-old resident of Viratnagar in Odhav, also agreed to donate his liver, kidneys, and eyes. Parmar, who hailed from Dhandhuka, was admitted after suffering a stroke on April 7 and was declared brain dead on Monday.
