Amdavad Municipal Corporation’s (AMC) health department today informed that on 30/07/2024, according to the Food Safety and Standard Act-2006, a total of 101 places were checked by AMC teams, and 18 samples were taken and sent to the Public Health Laboratory for investigation. Also, 31 notices have been issued for non-compliance of the rules under the Food Safety and Standard Act-2006. During the inspection of the premises at The Brave Spot, Shop No. 1, HSG Complex, Vijay Cross Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Total Polar Compounds (TPC) at the unit was found to be in excess.
