The Amdavad Municipal Corporation’s West Zone Property Tax Department held the auction for Hotel Highland, located on C.G. Road in the city, due to non-payment of property tax amounting to Rs. 1.84 crore despite repeated notices. The auction took place on September 10, 2024. However, since no bids were received during the auction of Hotel Highland, the property was transferred to the civic body for a token amount of Rs. 1, and Hotel Highland has now been taken over by it. .....Cont
