The standing committee of the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) on Friday approved a proposal for a three-month shopping festival in the city. The festival is scheduled to take place from October 12th to January 14th at various locations, including Sindhu Bhavan Road, Sabarmati Riverfront, and CG Road. Devang Dani, the committee chairman, stated that the shopping festival aims to offer a platform for traders from Gujarat and Ahmedabad, as well as businesses, artists, and artisans from across the country.
