The family of a temple priest from Vadnagar taluka has filed a complaint against a private hospital in the Chandkheda area of the city, alleging that the hospital’s negligence led to his death. Kishorgiri Goswami, the priest of the Brahmani Mataji Temple in Jaska village, had sought treatment at SMS Multi-Specialist Hospital for a toe ailment. According to the family, doctors at the hospital initially diagnosed a nerve compression and recommended surgery. The family consented, but they claim the hospital never disclosed the details of the procedure, the surgeon involved, or the specific nature of the surgery performed. ........
