In an attempt to revive the vibrant atmosphere of Happy Street and support local vendors, the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has slashed the monthly rent for food stalls on Law Garden road. Responding to repeated appeals from stall owners struggling with rising operational costs, the AMC has reduced the rent by ₹10,000 — bringing it down from ₹25,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
