The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) today announced the development of an ‘Urban House’, a centralized facility that will bring together all key urban planning services under one roof. This initiative is part of Urban Development Year–2025, aimed at streamlining urban infrastructure and ensuring citizen-centric service delivery, the civic body said. The Urban House will consolidate services from the Urban Development, City Planning, and Estate departments. Citizens will be able to access various services such as part plans, zoning certificates, F-forms, development permissions, betterment charge assessments, and other land-related approvals, all from a single location. .......
