The interiors flaunt an understated aesthetic, embracing neutral shades Conceptualised by Ahmedabad-based architecture and interior design firm SAK Designs is this bungalow located in a residential neighbourhood of Anand in Gujarat. The house, which is anchored on a 6,463-square-feet plot and spread over three levels, caters to three generations of a family. As part of the project brief the clients simply put forth a few of their basic requirements while the designers were given free rein when it came to the aesthetcs. “Rarely do we find a client who gives you 100% liberty in designing and in choosing the material and finishes. A modern house is what they wanted,” says Ashish Kesurvala, the firm’s principal architect. The design team included Ashish Kesurvala and Khooshbu Thakkar.
