The Customs House, along with Rajkot-based NGO Samju Desi Society, jointly organised a seminar at DCC Technical High School and SDCCL Public School in the port town of Sikka in Jamnagar on Friday to raise awareness on substance abuse. At the seminar, teenagers were sensitised about the menace of substance abuse and criminal penal action one might face for consuming, possessing or selling narcotics like ganja, charas, mephedrone, heroin and cocaine, among others.
