Seventy rakhi mails sent abroad have been returned to Bhuj because they lacked proper ID declarations. The returned mails lacked necessary identity and declaration proof for ordinary and speed post services. The mails for rakhis must include ‘Rakhi’ in the declaration form for international mail. Ordinary mail takes 15 to 20 days to reach abroad, speed post arrives in a week, and register AD takes 10 to 12 days.
