Union Minister C.R. Patil today visited New Civil Hospital in the city and inaugurated the Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy Clinic there. Various allergies will be diagnosed at this clinic, and immunotherapy treatment will also be provided to allergy patients. After inaugurating the Allergy Testing and Immunotherapy Clinic, C.R. Patil stated that many operations are performed free of cost at Surat Civil Hospital, which has earned the trust of the people. The cost of allergy diagnosis is very high in private hospitals, ranging from one and a half to two lakh rupees.
