Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) will start e-tourist vehicle facility at Kamati Baug in Vadodara. An agency operates the facility of e tourist vehicles at Kamati Baug at present. However, VMC has decided to make a policy and manage the service by itself. VMC has purchased 5 e-vehicles with a seating capacity of 8 passengers each including the driver. The e-tourist vehicles are used for the service to prevent noise disturbance to the animals and birds and to prevent damage to the environment due to smoke.
