In a move to ease traffic congestion, the South West Zone Estate and Town Development Department today sealed twelve commercial establishments located opposite Karnavati Club on SG Highway. The action was taken against units including Iscon Ganthiya, Karnavati Snacks, Rajwadi Tea, Gatral Tea Stall, and Gajanand Pauva House, among others, for their failure to provide adequate parking arrangements for customers despite repeated written and verbal instructions. According to sources within the department, these businesses had been previously directed to organize parking facilities for their patrons to ensure the smooth flow of vehicular traffic on the busy SG Highway. However, despite assurances from the establishments, the required parking arrangements were not implemented. ........
