A late-night rampage by an intoxicated police constable in Ranip, Ahmedabad, left three people injured and several vehicles damaged, sparking outrage among locals. The incident occurred near Bakramandi when Constable Yuvraj Singh in uniform, reportedly from Madhavpura police station (though later identified as being on duty at Ellisbridge police station), crashed his numberless WagonR into more than five vehicles before slamming it into a wall. Eyewitnesses report that the constable, appearing heavily under the influence, was pulled from the vehicle by an angry crowd who administered a beating before he managed to flee the scene, abandoning his car.
