The Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) is going to establish a five-star hotel within the Sanand industrial estate. The corporation has allocated a portion of land for this purpose and is inviting bids from interested parties. GIDC intends to capitalize on the substantial investments that the Sanand estate has witnessed over the past decade. Given the growing interest from numerous corporations in setting up manufacturing plants in this region, GIDC aims to develop modern infrastructure and amenities to cater to the needs of visiting corporate executives.
