The state government is implementing various welfare and development schemes to transform the historic and culturally rich city of Vadnagar into a world-class tourist destination. State public sector undertakings are also joining these efforts, giving further impetus to tourism development. As part of this initiative, Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC), through its CSR fund, has undertaken a special project to give old auto-rickshaws in Vadnagar a new look that reflects the city’s rich history and heritage.
