The annual literary event of the city, formerly known as the Ahmedabad National Book Fair, has been rebranded as the Ahmedabad International Book Festival 2024. The festival will run from November 30 to December 8 at the Event Centre, Sabarmati Riverfront, and promises a diverse lineup of events for all age groups. Highlights include Shabd Samsara – Authors’ Corner, Pragya Shivir – Children’s Pavilion, Gyaan Ganga – Creative Writing Workshop for Youth, a Children’s Film Festival, and a Culinary Literature Stage. Additionally, interactive workshops and storytelling sessions will also take place during the book fair. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet their favorite authors, as author interactions and book signings will be part of the event.
