The Ahmedabad International Flower Show 2025, held at the Sabarmati Riverfront in the city from January 3 to January 26, concluded on Sunday. The show was visited by more than 15 lakh people from India and abroad, with more than 2.5 lakh visitors attending the flower show on January 14 and 15 alone as stated by the city civic body. The Flower Show organized by the Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) featured more than 10 lakh different types of flowers and over 30 attractive sculptures, offering a glimpse of the culture and development of the country. The show was originally scheduled to begin on January 1, 2025, but was rescheduled due to the 7-day national mourning period following the death of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on December 26. It was then inaugurated on January 3rd by the Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel. ........
