The Sabarmati Riverfront, one of the city’s major attractions, is set to be extended as proposed in the Draft Budget for 2025-26 by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC). According to the draft budget, the Riverfront Phase-3 development, covering the stretch from Indira Bridge to Narmada Main Canal, is proposed at an estimated cost of ₹1,000 crore. This 4.5 km-long stretch is planned for development under an MoU between the Government of Gujarat and Shobha Realty, Dubai, through the Sabarmati Riverfront Development Corporation. .......
