Ahmedabad residents will soon have a new direct international travel option as Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) has announced the launch of a direct flight service between Baku and Ahmedabad starting July this year. Flight operations will commence on July 4, with AZAL, the national carrier of Azerbaijan, operating four flights a week. Flights from Baku will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, while flights from Ahmedabad will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
