As more and more people from Surat are wishing to visit the Maha Kumbh mela at Prayagraj, the local Lok Sabha member of Surat Mukesh Dalal has urged the Gujarat government to start the daily AC Volvo bus service connecting Surat to Prayagraj. Dalal has written a letter to Minister of State for Transport, Harsh Sanghavi demanding the same. The State government has recently launched Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) daily AC Volvo bus service from Ahmedabad to Prayagraj with provision of a halt at Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh. The booking for Ahmedabad – Prayagraj Kumbh Mela special bus service of GSRTC has attracted huge response and bookings are full for all buses for remaining days of Maha Kumbh Mela. ........
