The Gujarat Government today announced that, in order to promote interest in sports among schoolchildren, it will distribute a total of 34,483 sports kits containing a variety of equipment to students in government primary, secondary, and higher secondary schools across the state. These kits, to be provided at a total cost of over ₹29.45 crore, will include 30 types of sports items aimed at enhancing physical activity and encouraging participation in sports. ........
