A video of a tragic accident between a bus and a two-wheeler at Bhulabhai Park Crossroad in the city has gone viral. The accident occurred on April 19th, resulting in the loss of life of the two-wheeler rider, Naveen. Following the incident, the driver of ACM 26 bus on Route no. 13/1 of the Amdavad Municipal Transport Service (AMTS) was removed from service and subsequently arrested. The bus driver responsible for the accident is currently under police custody and has been booked under IPC Sections 304A, 279, 337, 427, and sections 177, 134B, 184 of the Motor Vehicle Act.
