Work on Phase-II of the Sabarmati Riverfront Development Project is progressing, with 82% of the overall work completed so far, according to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation officials. The Phase-II project covers an 11-km stretch along both banks of the Sabarmati River, from Dafnala to Indira Bridge, at an estimated cost of ₹1,285 crore. The project is being implemented in addition to the existing riverfront development. Of the ₹399.39 crore retaining wall and infrastructure works, 89.50% has been completed. The overall Phase-II project is scheduled for completion by December 2027. ........
