Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit his home state Gujarat on May 11, during which he will be conferred the ‘Sardar Ratna’ award by eight major organisations of the Patidar community. During the visit, the Prime Minister will also inaugurate the newly constructed Sardar Dham Bhavan-3 in Vadodara. The honour is being bestowed on Modi for his role in key social reforms, including the abolition of triple talaq, as well as his contributions to national development. The event is expected to be attended by the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, state cabinet members, and prominent leaders of the Patidar community. .......
