Anandnagar Police have registered an FIR against A-One Security Agency and its manager, Ramprakash Tiwari, following the alleged rape of a PG resident by a security guard employed by the agency in the Jodhpur area of the city. The investigation found that the agency’s licence had expired on April 5, 2026, while the accused guard had allegedly not undergone mandatory security training or police verification before being employed. Police said Tiwari allegedly continued to operate the security agency without renewing its licence and hired Dharam Singh Ramshankar Singh Rathod without completing the required procedures. Anandnagar Police have arrested Tiwari and are conducting further investigation into the agency’s role and the alleged lapses in hiring the accused. The action against the security agency follows the alleged rape of a woman staying in a PG in the Jodhpur area on the night of August 8. According to police, the victim was on the terrace of her building between 9 pm and 10.30 pm when Rathod allegedly approached her, strangled her with a wire and sexually assaulted her before fleeing. ........
