The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has filed an FIR against a man for repeatedly reoccupying an Economically Weaker Section (EWS) house despite being evicted and the property being sealed. The case was registered at Satellite Police Station after the accused allegedly re-entered the EWS house at Jiva Dosa Na Chhapra in Ambawadi on multiple occasions. According to AMC officials, four vacant EWS houses had been illegally occupied. While three occupants did not return after the eviction drive, one individual allegedly continued to break the seals and reoccupy the house. Officials said the AMC initially vacated and sealed the unit before reinforcing its entrance with plywood. However, the accused allegedly broke through the barricade and entered the house again. ........
