The Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) will conduct a three-day trial of revised water supply timings in the Puna area of Varachha from September 8 to 10 to address complaints of low water pressure and inadequate water supply. As part of the measures, the civic body has divided the distribution network connected to Overhead Tank No. 08 (ESR-E8) near Puna Gam Lake under East (Varachha) Zone-A into two independent sections.
