You might have seen that open land just opposite the main gate of the Event Centre at Sabarmati Riverfront. You at times park your vehicle there when you visit the Flower Show. The open land will see construction of a Convention Centre and Hotel, if all goes well as per the Amdavad Municipal Corporation(AMC) plans. Let’s talk just about the hotel project in this article. The AMC has invited bids for development (Construction along with the Operations and Maintenance for 99 years) of High-end Hotel on identified land parcel. The permissible height of the building/ developments shall be maximum 66 meters for hotel and subject to maximum permissible height from AAI. ........
