Students of private schools in Gujarat will now be able to order Gujarat State School Textbook Board textbooks online through Amazon and have them delivered to their homes at the printed price, without any delivery charges. The Gujarat State School Textbook Board on Thursday signed an MoU with Amazon India to make textbooks more accessible to students and parents. The agreement was signed in Gandhinagar in the presence of Education Minister Dr Pradyuman Vaja. Under the initiative, titled “Books to Students with Just One Click,” textbooks published by the Gujarat State School Textbook Board across different standards and mediums will be made available on Amazon. Students and parents will be able to order the required books online instead of visiting bookstores or relying on distributors. ........
