Daman will get direct air connectivity with Ahmedabad and Mumbai from August 25, with Alliance Air set to launch a new flight service connecting the Union Territory with the two major cities. The service will operate three days a week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and is expected to make travel to and from Daman faster and more convenient. The new service will strengthen Daman’s air connectivity with Gujarat and Maharashtra and is also expected to benefit the tourism, trade and industrial sectors. ..........
