The Amdavad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has introduced the LogBook360 Smart Queue Management System for property name transfer services to reduce waiting time and streamline citizen services at its zonal offices. The system, implemented in collaboration with GlobalVox, is currently operational at seven AMC zonal offices. The civic body plans to extend it to 63 more civic centres in the next phase. Under the system, citizens can book time slots online as per their convenience and visit the concerned office at the scheduled time. Those visiting without prior registration can also obtain tokens instantly through kiosks at the office. ........
