Kumar Mangalam Birla-led Aditya Birla Group is set to enter the aircraft-leasing business through its newly incorporated GIFT City entity, UHG Holdings IFSC Pvt Ltd. The company has applied to the GIFT-Multiservice Special Economic Zone Approval Committee for approval to undertake aircraft-leasing activities under the regulatory framework of the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA). UHG Holdings was incorporated on August 20, 2026, by three Aditya Birla Group companies, Hindalco Industries, UltraTech Cement and Grasim Industries. Hindalco will hold a 50% stake, UltraTech 41% and Grasim 9%. ........
