The Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) expects to raise more than ₹1,415 crore through the e-auction of 16 plots across the city. The auction includes six commercial plots in Thaltej, seven in Chandkheda, and one each in Bopal and Chandlodia. It also includes a 73,428-sq-m plot in Kathwada earmarked for township development. The highest base rate has been set at ₹2.80 lakh per sq m for a commercial plot in Thaltej. Spread over 7,780 sq m, the plot has a base value of around ₹202 crore. AUDA officials expect competitive bidding to take the final price to around ₹300 crore. .......
